What is the difference between the Minor, Major and Executive services?
The Minor Service covers routine maintenance — the essential oil and filter work with a diagnostic scan. The Major Service adds the air, fuel and cabin filters plus a brake fluid flush, and is the one most vehicles need annually. The Executive Service is the all-inclusive package, adding spark plugs, wheel alignment, balancing and wipers.
How often should I service my car?
It depends on mileage, age and what the manufacturer specifies. As a general guide, a Minor Service suits roughly every 10,000 km, and a Major Service annually or every 15,000 to 20,000 km. Tell us your make and model and we will give you the specific interval.
Do you service all makes and models?
Yes. Our technicians work across passenger vehicles, luxury and European marques, and commercial vehicles, using diagnostic equipment suited to each. We are an independent specialist rather than a franchised dealer.
Will servicing here affect my vehicle warranty?
As an RMI-accredited workshop working to manufacturer specification with quality parts, servicing with us generally keeps your warranty intact. If you have a specific concern about your vehicle, raise it when you book and we will confirm before any work starts.
Are the prices fixed, or should I expect additional charges?
The prices shown are upfront for the inclusions listed, and vary with the make and model of your vehicle. If we identify anything further during the service, you receive a detailed quote and we proceed only with your approval. Nothing is ever added without you knowing first.
Can I have my car serviced overnight?
Yes — every package can be carried out overnight. Drop your vehicle off in the evening and collect it the next morning, serviced and road tested. Let us know when you book so we can hold the slot.
